“At first I was nervous about having to keep up with my macros but it has been surprisingly easy. Just a little simple math and planning and you are good to go! After having baby #2 I wasn’t losing weight fast like I did the first time and just felt blah. After 3 weeks I’ve noticed my clothes aren’t as tight and I’m not as bloated. I also feel more energy despite waking up several times with the baby. I have NEVER been able to stick with a program before because I felt like I always had to be perfect and once I slipped up I just gave up. What I love about this program is you don’t have to be perfect to see results. And if I have a bad day I love how you, as my coach, encourage me and just say progress over perfection. That we all have bad days but we can just try again tomorrow. I also like the encouragement from the other ladies in the group. The daily accountability really helps keep me more focused. I am definitely considering another round.”
